Anyone familiar with 93-96 interior removal, inside please...

Does anyone know if the passenger side of the dash is removable from where it meets the gauge cluster to the A-pillar? I've removed visible bolts, but it still seems secured, as if it were bolted down. I don't want to mess with it too much if it isn't meant to come out, and even though the fuse is pulled on the air-bag, it still makes me a little nervous mess in that area. Anyway, if it is removable, could anyone that's very familiar with it give a quick list of directions on how exactly it comes out?

I've taken my dash out before and I'm pretty sure it's all one piece and can't be seperated and not meant to be... But then again, if you're determined to do it, I'm sure it can be done by hacking it up... Not what I'd do... If you're talking about just the top pad part, I think it's form fitted to the dash itself also... The top vinyl layer, a thin layer of foam, then it's glued all around the edges.. Maybe the entire thing is glued underneath... Someone else might know more about it than I do.

Here's what it is that I'm trying to remove, I'm pretty sure it's all one piece, I just can't figure out how it comes out..
