Any recommendations for what to use to mold spoiler to car?
Getting ready to do my body work soon and was wondering what products have been successfully used. Don't want to use bondo for the obvious reasons.
1) Is this a front chin spoiler or real spoiler. What kind ?
2) How much of a gap.
3) Are u molding the seam or MOLDING it on
4) What material is the spoiler ? Fiberglass ? Urethane ? etc..
5) What material is the body panel it is attaching to ?

Both the rear spoiler and a custom front spoiler I'm building, one is urethane to plastic the other is fiberglass to urethane and plastic. There's not really much of a gap at all at the worse it's an 1/8 of an inch in a couple areas. I want to mold it smooth into the body so that it becomes all one piece, no lines.
Every body supply recommends something different and I was wanting to know what people had success with in the real world.

The strongest is gonna be a poly resin.
But I used a slightly less toxic urethane Epoxy to mold on the front of my bodykit. It is the second strongest flexible substance known. I needed it strong, lightweight, and sandable, so I used microballons as filler on the exterior layer.
EDIT: This pic shows the front clip with primer on it

It's a filler that u mix with the resin. It makes it lighter and more sandable. You can also use fillers which make it flex better otherwise sanding this stuff is like sanding concrete...
