no, the guy owns the body shop where it's at so he has a "non-existing bill" type deal. so he gives the mechanics free range with a couple of cars to do what they want if it's available around the shop.don't know why they had a 350 just sitting around but that's what the mechanic said...oh well. the goy owned the motor as well so i guess he just didn't care...
