98+ on 95 (is it possible

I have a 95 Camaro and I was wondering how much work would be involved in changing my 95 front end to the front ends of the 98+ camaros. Any help would be appreciated. Also if someone has pics of it being done please send them my way. thanks in advance.

my brothers friend did this with his t/a and it looked great but he was doin customize headlights cause the whole headlight support is over 400 bucks(i think cause the 93-97 ones are 400, newer is more $$) the conversion was preeety much bolt on except him havin to line up the fenders to the doors the right way but from what i seen he had it pretty close and wasnt happy.

Why would you want to do that?
Personally, I would like to get a 98+ Z28 and put the 93-97 front end on it since those years look much more aggressive than the 98+ style.

I am doing this right now: Here's a list of the parts you will need.

98+ Nose
98+ Bumper support and impact absorber
98+ Hood
98+ Fenders
Both Plastic lower fender guards
Head lights and all brackets
new plastic retainers for all body panels (Old parts can be used if they are intact, but I recommend spending the extra $20)

I have not installed my Bumper yet so i have no idea if I will have wire harness issues with the headlights. The turn signals can be used from the old car, they are exactly the same.

All this sounds like not much but it will cost you some $$$$$. Finding good OEM parts has been difficult, and I am on a call list from 6 different junkyards that specialize in f-bods and I have yet to find a good nose. I lucked out and got an OEM one pre painted from a guy. I DO NOT recommend the cheap *** aftermarket parts, they suck. I am keeping the crap fiberglass front nose I got, but its only because I am going to attempt to modify the front end and eliminate the front grill area completely. This way I will ditch the front bumper support and impact absorber and install the Intercooler for the Turbo 6 in its place, and hopefully give a good straight shot of air to it. But the bumper is a piece of junk, so I don't mind tearing it up. Good luck!

98+ front end

Thanks for the parts list madkilla I really appreciate the help. The reason I'm doing this is because I really like the 98 and up front end and my dad is a salesman at a chevy dealership so he can get everything I need really cheap.

No problem. Likely I left something out, but it isn't really all that difficult, even without jacking the car up. i have torn the front body panels off so much I can get it done in an hour. If you have any questions email me. I won't have it assembled for another month or two. I am waiting on the Bumper and an Ultra Z hood. Since I am not going to paint until my motor swap, my car will look like an old primered frankenstein musclecar. I am going to primer the front end in "I don't give a f**k black"

a guy on here said he wanted the 93-97 front end on his and that he was willing to trade all the pieces to make the conversion if he found anyone. do a search and see if you can find him, i don't know if hes done it yet.
