94 Trans Am passenger door not opening well

I've got a 94' Trans Am. Car sat for a couple years and I'm just getting it on the road. The passenger door does not open very well now. When opening it, you can see the front of it binding on the front right quarter panel. Is there any way to adjust the door to sit further 'back?' This happen to anyone else? I've owned the car for 6 years and it just started happening after storing it for a couple. (No accidents on record for this car, never seen any accident damage and I've done quite a bit of work on it)

Car does have cheap lowering springs that lowered it an inch or so. (Installed 4 years ago, door was fine after the install)

Thanks!

Was the car stored with the door not completely closed?

No, all 'doors' were closed. Hood, trunk and both doors.

Tires going low on air, or shocks and springs going bad.
