I know for a 3rd gen you can get a hatch/luggage cover, did they make them for 4th gens also? If not, will the cover from a 3rd gen work?

 

I"m curious about that also. I loved the look of that on the 3rd gen and would always wanted to know of some one made them for the 4th gens.

I loved mine. Blocked a ton of heat in the day, and a ton of headlight glare at night.

Don't have it anymore.

BTW, Willpak aka Astra Hammond makes this piece in two models. the 1369, (which is what I had) is one piece. Makes shipping spendy.
They also make a 3 piece (part number 1383) that is more easily shipped, but requires assembly, and doesn't have the "solid" look of the 1369.

 

Nah, not like this.. this mounts around the back seat and attachs insude under the hatch.. it's a cloth piece

 

I know exactly what you mean - for the 3rd gens - but in all my years I've never seen one for a 4th gen.

 

imo that would be pointless.. the rear hatch well is already covered by a board thing.. anything you wanna hide just put in there

Don't 4th gens already have one in that divider piece? It serves the same purpose -keeps items from prying eyes.

 

Ya they do but i see where Austin96formula is coming from becase i was just thinking the same thing this past wek. I have had both and i like the pull out thing ALOT better than that stupid little boad. The biggest thing i found was with my back window tinted if i have anything in the back above the board, on a sunny day the reflection makes it so you cant see. with that pull out I never had to worry about a reflection.

 

Well, I mainly wanted to use it to cover up my stereo gear. I have limo tint on my back glass, but you can still see in. I change the design of my amp rack and all and will be building my own piece to cover everything.
