4th gen firebird door trim

I was looking at the door trim on my car the other day and I've noticed that its getting really faded compared to the rest of my paint.

I was wondering if anyone has removed this trim and what's the best way to do it? I've noticed that there's double-sided tape under the trim so I could just blowdry the trim off, but whats the best way to remove the old tape?

Use fishing line to "floss" it off then get some "goo gone" or go to a paint store and ask for a universal blender, Omni is what I used. Just be sure to wax the area you use the stuff on either way. As always test on an inconspicuious area first. Works well!

I used 3m adhesive and wax remover. Sprayed it on then let it sit for about 5 minutes and it rubbed right off.
