3rd break light quit working

Guys I need some help, my third brake light quit working who knows when someone just told me, can anyone tell me what fuse it is run to or how to troubleshoot.

Remove 2 Phillips head screws and put 2 new bulbs in it. I had to do that. Funny thing, both bulbs blew close to the same time.
