Yep they are Budnik, they were custom built with my specs provided to them. I have had a few sets of Fikse before these, and thought about HRE, although I love the HRE's the 542's specifically I did not want to deal with the rivets, but im certainly not knocking them!

They are FL's and I know a few people at Budnik
I dont quite remember the price, but they were in the range of the Fikse's I had, and they are all forged aluminum construction as well, valve stems in the inner wheel makes it a very clean look. And that is the polished finish, no clearcoat.
