A Good single color set, with not much twist to the standard "flame" design (ie: Seaweed flames, tribal flames...) I would estimate at least $1000.

Good: Fade when they are supposed to, and blend in to the existing paint job well. Well laid out, much time involved in taping off, and high quality materials - (which will make a lot of difference).

Ghost flames require a few different materials to be mixed together, and require experience to do this. Just be sure to go to a body shop that has done this before, or one that knows exactly what to do.

You can get them for less, but don't expect them to be what you REALLY want.

I have gray and silver faded ghost flames done to my car.The guy that did the job is a airbrush artist with 18 years experience. He used gray then a touch of silver then clear coated .The price depends on how elaborate the job you want done. It ran me $2100.00 you can see pics on my site.

At the Bristol Bash, we were talking to the VP of sales(?) about his Camaro. He has a 95 Z and it is wicked. It had just been painted, the whole car, red with light red/orangish flames. He said it ran him $3200 for the job and it was Sweet!
