I know someone on here has to know someone with a set of old, cheap golf clubs that aren't being used anymore. I've played three times in my life, so I don't feel the need to buy a new set, not to mention the fact that I'm not very good. A few of my friends and I have just started wanting to play a little bit more, so I figure this is worth a shot. (Get it? A shot?!)

I don't care what kind they are or how old they are, they just need to be fairly straight and have most of the irons and whatnot. Keep in mind I can get a brand new set on eBay for $125 including shipping, so if your asking price is more than $100, I doubt I'll be interested.

 

I could probably put something together, i'll take a look this weekend and get back to you. They would be nice clubs too, no old rusted crap clubs.

Both offers, especially Smurfman's (since he has pics), seem very reasonable. Do either of y'all have a bag? I have nothing at the moment, aside from golf *****, so whatever I could get for cheap/used would be the best, although buying a new golf bag isn't difficult or expensive either.

Only problem is I don't know how much to offer, really. eBay had a set of used clubs going for $35 (plus shipping), but they weren't very nice. eBay also has the brand new set for $99 (plus $25 shipping), so it'd have to be somewhere in between there for me to be interested. I also don't know how much actual shipping would be since everyone on eBay charges way over actual shipping costs. I wouldn't imagine it'd be more than $20.

Smurfman, just let me know what you have in the way of a bag and we'll try and figure something out. I'm in no hurry whatsoever, so just take your time.
