Computer air filters?

My wife works at a retail resale shop, where they buy and re-sell used clothing. It is by nature a dusty environment.

They have four computers behind the counter. Nothing special. HP's I think. One server, three that act as cash registers.

All four, but the server in particular, suffer from overheating issues, because the fan grills and heat sinks get clogged with dust.

Is there such thing as an air filter for a computer? Have any of you tried such a thing?

Just fishing for info. I haven't even googled this yet...

Wrong section for this thread, but panty hose stretched over the fan port will do nicely.
