Whats going on here...

Almost all my valves look different inside my engine and I have no clue why, some cylinders appear wet while other cylinders appear dry as a bone.

Thats the exhaust valve from #2 cylinder

Exhaust valve from #8 cylinder

Over all shot of the passanger side head

One of the odd looking valves on the drivers side head

This appear to be normal IMO.

Maybe this explains why my car did so poorly in the quarter mile and dyno'd like crap?

How could this affect my performance, and whats wrong in the first place?

Do you have alot of oil buildup on the backside of those valves in the ports of the really oily cylinders?
Kinda looks like Guides oiling pretty bad if so.

I think its the guides too, you can see a little oil seeping out of them now that I picked up the heads and moved them around a bit. Would this have caused my horrible times?

They need oil just not excessive where it would really cakeup on the back side of the valve. If they don't oil enough there wear the guide out or before they get to that point you have sticky valves and either condtion hurts performance bad.
If the guides are blued or purple in color clearance is tight the valve sticks, runs hotter, and the valve seal turns to junk if you catch it before the above happens.
