What A/F ratio to shoot for and where?

What A/F ratio to shoot for and where?

Im thinking you would want it a little rich up until peak torque then lean it out?? what numbers should I be aiming for

This depends on what your goals are, weather you are n/a or have forced induction... So can you provide some more details?
