What does it take to put sbc heads on a LT1

AI does mthe conversion as well, about 400 bucks I think. I have a set of All Pro's getting done there.

Mine are PortPros AFR 227 LT4 bolt on heads. They are not converted. I do however have a PortPros converted SBC single plain intake.

I modified a set of VIC JR's for my LT1, wasn't too bad, but you must make sure that the intake manifold bolt holes are properly lined up before you install anything. I believe most intakes need to be fitted to match the angle of the mounting area on the heads. at least mine did. But I can say that my car runs great and my heads flow anything I can throw their way-D1SC and 12# boost is no problem-they flow in the 340's...hope this helps!!!
