I recently had to delete a post from someone who posts here often, because he included a blunt and directed ethnic slur against one of the other frequent posters. This person has been warned, and a repeat will result in blocking of posting privelages.

This sort of behaviour can not and will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and thankfully the vast majority of people who post here demonstrate a high degree of maturity and stick to technical issues. It is unfortunate when one person "just doesn't get it".
