Turbo 350 Install

Killed my 4th 4L60, I am going with the T/H 350. It has lasted a couple hundred 9.90 runs in my 68 SS, with a small block. I now have a Powerglide in there and now is going faster.
I want to know how to get the troque Arm to mount up and How to get the Speedo to work. I read somewhere that all I have to change is to the Larger Tailshaft and use a New Speed Sensor and Reluctor wheel. Has anyone done this?
I also want to keep the stock shift for the Stock Look. I have got the the 11s Keeping the Stock Look of the TA.
Please give me your input on this install.

You'll need a torque arm that mounts to its own crossmember instead of the tranny such as a Sphon. I believe a 9" (mid-length) TH350 tailshaft will put you at the same tranny length now. On a TH400 you can use the speed sensor and reluctor but, I'm not sure what to do on a TH350. I believe it might be different. Might search in the Drag Racing Forum... seems like I got a lot of info over there on my TH400 swap.
I just finished this swap.
For the speedo, I tapped the ABS wheel sensor and re-flashed the computer to tell it I have a 1.15 gear ratio on the speedo side.
My tranny builder had a "Fits-all" kit to adapt the 6" tailhousing and make the mount line up with the stock one. I promptly stripped the aluminum tranny mount holes and heli-coiled them, but all is well now.
I am not sure I am happy with my torque arm choice - a MAC. It "moves the immediate center because it is shorter," they stated on the phone, but I am no chasis expert. I do know I could not hook to save my life last night (1.96 - 60') when I got 1.75-1.79 on a stock torque arm!
I am making a post about torque arm geometry also...
Click "Moser" in my sig to see pics of the Tranny and shifter (big page, sorry).
