hey im moving the batt to the trunk and want to run a circuit breaker for peace of mind. I found them in 150 and 200 and 300 amp and whated to know what would be best. I Dont what it to trip when cranking but it still needs to trip if theres a small short. heres the ebay item # 400007585623. Also sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. thanks for your help guys.

Go to the bottom of your other post and click on the EDIT button. Then delete it.
If mounted properly, a short at your trunk mounted Bat. should be no more of a concern then your engine compartment mounted Bat. Also circiut breakers for such large amp system are not normally used because most shorts would not pop the breaker. You would just feed the short and it would continue to burn. Even a fusable link would not be much use. The best defence is to properly mount and install the Bat. & cables.
You know many cars have there Bats. mounted in the car or trunk from the factory. All the old Corvettes had their Bats. behind the seats and Miata's have their Bats. in the trunk. No cb's or fuses.

P.S. This is probably not advanced Tech. either.
