ok im removing the auto tranny and i need to know how many bolts are there on the bellhousing i can not get to the top of the bell houseing to get the bolts is there any on top or what i dont know because i cant see them also is there any sites that help with this

 

if memory serves me correctly, there should be 8 total, and they are lined up symetrically, yes there should be 2 on the top.

 

What year is your car?

Routine tech questions should be posted on the appropriate "tech" forum... e.g. - if you have a 4th Gen WS6, the post belongs on LT1 Tech or LS1 Tech. I would move it to the correct forum, but I have no idea what year your car is.
