Speed Pro Hellfire rings

I am re-ringing my blower motor and have been reading about these new rings from speed pro made for nitrous and blower cars. Does anyone have a good dealer or someone I can discuss this with. I dont really like calling summit or jegs, I like a real motor builder or someone who has used them quite a bit. Thanks

I know a guy running them in a very high output nitromethane car. He's just an aquaintance so I don't get the whole story but the guy swears by them. The only thing is, the piston has to be specially machined to use them because of the stepped ring.
If I were looking to build a really high output (3 hp per cubic inch+) engine, then I'd definitely look into using these rings. Best bet is to talk with Speed Pro directly. HTH.

Call Sonny Leonard.

My understanding is these rings can only be bought individually. You'll have to buy an entire set of rings (Oil rings etc), AND the Hellfire rings.

Sonny's can sell you ONE set of rings w/ Hellfires. Also, I'm sure they can explain what you need to do to use them, or if you *should* use them.

They'll be in my engine next time it needs freshened.
