Post Piston velocity/power/force vs headbolt stretch and stress capabilities

first off- if this is not "advanced", just delite it. No need to knoc someone else off the 1st page for a dead thread. i should get an answer from LT1 tech, but I am just currious myself now...

http://web.camaross.com/bb/Forum1/HTML/110341.html

Lets take an Lt1 for example

What is the piston velocity at say- ohh 5000rpms. What is the mass of a piston and how significant of a role do you think friction will be in this equation?\

now the force of this piston coming up, first off wont it detonate due to all the compressin of a piston that "wont stop" and force it back down?

another thing-
say the connecting rod and piston linkage broke- now the piston is coming up- wouldn't the sparkplug's fire force it down into the oil pan? or would it fire "too late"?

Now, how much stress is the average headbolt designed to absorb? Would the head bolt/stud just rip out of the block and strip all the threads?

So bascially does anyone have any measurements that can help put this into prespective?

Now with all this in mind... WTF!

again, if its not advance- please just delite
i didn't think anything internal was really lt1 tech.

also would a forged/billet piston not shatter after breaking a connecting rod on the way up?
