95 camaro need easy way to adjust 1.6 rockers on a fresh motor

they have a tq spec, try LT1 section.
I'm not really one to speak of this subject but advanced tech is REALLY ADVANCED POOP!

Lt1 tech goes pretty indepth

they are really strict on this issue here.
