need possible help dynaspark

I am installing a new dynaspark. the directions require the following specs.

camshaft end play: .004-.012
I plan on measuring this by pushing the cam back then setting a dial indicator and prying it foward with a small pry bar between the block and cam gear. with this give me a true reading? also if it is out of spec how can i correct it?

camshaft gear thickness: .235 max
my question on this if it is over .235 how do i resolve this. would i have to take it to a machine shop and have it milled?

camshaft gear mounting bolt head installed height: .200 max
not even sure i know what this is i assume it is the from the top of the cam bolt to the face of the gear. again would i have to find new bolts if this is to tall?

camshaft pilot hole depth: .360 min.
would i have to drill this if iw was not in spec? how does this effect anything.

camshaft pilot hole I.D.: .515 min .525 max
same thing would i have to re drill this if it is to small and if it is too big how would i resolve this?

installed stacked pilot hole depth (as measured with cam gear installed on cam) .590 min
what is this?

camshaft gear pilot hole I.D. .515 min .525 max
again how do you corret too big of a hole?

camshaft mounting bolt O.D. (hex corner to hex cornet) .560 max
fix i guess would be new bolts.

drive dowel height (from cam face) .605 max
is shows no min. so guess i can grind this to spec

drive dowel height (with cam gear installed) .375 max

drive dowel O.D.: .250 max
what is the fix replace dowel pin?

any help with any or all of these questions would help thank you.
