the motor wont turn over and i tried to turn it by hand and it didnt work

it happened after i rolled the truck on its side and there is like barely any body damage but the motor is locked do i have to rebuild? or is it fixable?

it's probably hydro-locked. pull all the spark plugs and clear the cylinders with the starter. Definitely change oil before actually starting it.

Water is not compressible, unlike the air-fuel mixture that produces power. So, any water in the cylinder would prevent the crank from turning. Pull the spark plugs out and then try to turn the engine over. The speed of the engine with no spark plugs will blow much of the offending liquid out of the cylinder, unlike hand cranking it.

If you rolled it on its side, the engine may have run long enough to seize bearings. You can also bend rods and valves when an engine is locked up from water in the cylinder.

Good luck, you will need it.

Just a note, if he rolled its as likely to be water as it is to be oil. which is still uncompressible

I would file a lawsuit against the people who gave you a license and claim everything as direct effects of their negligence. Also ask for 5,000 dollars in punitive damages.

Yes, and the term is actually incompressible, for future reference.

You live in Oklahoma? You should have it towed to a mobile home park and wait a couple weeks for the first tornado to come along, then claim it on comprehensive damage.
