i'm currently attending wyotech until the end of june, but i don't want to just go out into a dealership and work a dozen years just to become master tech. anyone know of any good online resources or of some well renowned colleges for machining? if i can read up on the internet enough about it i may even drop the $$$ to take the ase's (i'm really good with book tests btw) come may . so hook a fellow f-bod brother up

Hey, Im at Wyo as well.

Check out with Powerhouse performance down 22, im in his high performance engine class right now which is like 300 times what you will learn in Chassis fab according to kids that are in there. He said sometime later this year will be offering a fullout machining class, not for sure though, id go down and inquire with him about it.

If not that, SAM (school of automotive machinists)is a good choice im sure. But its down in Arizona I think.

sam may not be very well know publicly known but trust me its known in the industry... we have graduates working for all sorts of nascar teams such as, joe gibbs, yates ect. and drag racing such as warren joshnson... judson massongil the instructor its one of the smartest and most inteligent men i have ever met in my life...i swear u can ask him any question about any motor ever made and more than likely he will know more than u ever wanted to about it.. he has impressed me more than a few times
