Im building a budget motor for my S-15.

Vortecs, Sliv-o-lite hyper 10.3-1 CR pistons (valve reliefs also). (350 .30+) stock crank and rods.

I really like the weiand stealth intake. Do they make one for use w/ vortecs? Im under the impression you cant use a normal SBC intake w/ vortecs?

Also, what cam should I get? Its ment to go fast (for what it is) and not much else

Im going to run shortys (2.5 exit) into a 2-1 3.5" pipe into a blora 16". Think its gonna sound f'in mean?

 

I'd buy the Edelbrock RPM Vortec intake for under 6500 and the Super Vic Vortec if wanting to spin higher.

Work with a cam grinder on a custom grind. Cam Motion would be my 1st call.
