did they find anything in the fuel filters when they changed them, we have had issues with the new bio fuel eating the paint off of the walls of the fuel tank and clogging the injectors

no problem with the filters and no bio in my truck.

 

sure there is, all diesel is now bio. my customers fill up at sunoco also

Not all of it, diesel is actually very unregulated compared to gas so you really never know what you are getting. I can't quite remember, but I think the 05 was rated to run up to B5.

Dangella, I was only thinking it was odd they came out of Arizona, I mean its Detroit, the whole GM diesel org is there and there are a couple large Bosch places in the area as well (fuel sys. is bosch).

Sounds like you just need to find a tech that knows the system and is willing to take the time to actually find the problem.
