Dyno Graph

By looking at a dyno graph print-out(such as from a Dynojet 248C), can you tell the difference between/diagnose ring flutter, valve float, and a weak spark on the big end (rpm>4500)? i think its obvious to tell that something is going on by looking at the smoothness of the graph compared to previous tests, but i wonder how to pin-point what is going on.

If you are very educated and familiar with these things you usually can.
