Post Cam Heads and Springs Question

Will a 620 lift cam fit with a set of aftermarket heads that flow 300X280. I was going to combine them with a set of 1.6 roller rockers. I need a little help with what type of springs I should get for the set up. The cam is coming new from a friend and is comp cams so I am still getting more info on it. I want to tranfer the complete heads to a motor with a supercharger on it. Will these get the job done on this motor as well? Thanks for the help in advance

First off please give more info on your application. What car/engine/components/amount of boost your going with/your goals etc. It is pretty impossible to give answers without knowing the whole picture.

Second, are you sure on those head specs, they seem a little off.

Lastly this is not an advance question, i would move it to the proper forum exept i dont know where to move it since you didnt say what engine your working with...
