Best Advance Tech Engine Theory Books and stuff!

What are the absolute best Tech book and writings out there that encompass all aspects of motorsports.*engine theories cams head flow, HP&TQ,) and where can I get them?

In addition to the ones in the thread, I might suggest "The High Speed Internal Combustion Engine" by Harry Ricardo and "Power Secrets" by Smocky Unick.

What about "desktop dyno" programs. I know there seem to be a lot out there that don't even come close. What does anyone recomend? I am planning on droping some money so if you have build the engine in real life and the program lived up would be greatly appreciated.
