i would not go for cheap if it was actually nessasry (big solidroller)...using shaft mounts with a hydrolic cam with .510 lift is kinda pointless

i found some .225 offset stud mount rockers i am thinking about using..how many do i need to get 4 or 8?

very true, but the AFR227 need the offset, these heads and a new cam plus the killer V-train 7000rpm = BADASS, or go AFR210's then and you will be fine with what you have, or keep the ported stock heads and just change your cam....

They are not. The AFR 210's use the stock pushrod location, while the 220's and 227's move it over.

The large-port LT4 gasket is 12367777 and can be had from Thunder for $23 a piece.

Some of my rockers are not perfectly centered.

You have to loosen up the studs with the rockers on and adjust the guideplates side-to-side to get the tip centered. You can do this using a "crow foot" socket. It's a fairly standard procedure when setting up a valvetrain.

Call Jesel direct, and get the part number for their SS series shafts for your 227's. You can also buy direct from them, or find out who one of their vendors are. When I bought mine about 2 years ago, I paid $725 through my engine builder.
