Please tell me it is impossible to place the C6 Z06 engine in our 93-97 LT1s ! Right? Is it impossible right? Because its only around 15K $

Same as LS1 as far as accesories and mounts/headers and stuff right?

For 15K you could do a little better as far as power goes

hmmm, i would tend to disagree, you can build a nice combo for 15k, more than what an ls7 has to offer.

and i have more than 17K in my combo...but alas you get what you pay for. and no need to feel sorry for me i am doin' just fine!

onyl thing i can say is if i knew now about 6 years ago i would have gone a bit different direction. and gotten alot more for my money, but alas i didn't know any better, and really wanted to stick with the LT1 format.

Yes I know that My rotating assembly is $$$$ (Lunati + Oliver + Diamond) cost me about 4000$.

If I spend the money for a Z06 engine, the car would be stock and smooth without any kind of problem.

Or you could buy an LS2 for half the price and do a mild cam and some headwork and have 500+ hp with bolt ons and tuning and near stock drivability.

kidding right? If so, why everybody doesn't do that? Okay when I built my 383 there were no LS2 yet, but now I definitely would go by this way.
