Has anyone had this problem? 2 years ago I hit a deer. It cracked my winshield on the passenger side. I had windshield replaced. Since then the passenger side wiper never clears the windshield. I bought replacement blades twice and they both did the same thing. Can the arm of the wiper be bent slightly to apply the correct pressure on the blade in order to clear off the water? Any experience with this would be helpful. Should I look for a new wiper arm?

Bending the arm probably won't help, if the spring that puts tension on the wiper blade is streched you would probably have to have a big bow in it to get it to work. Replace the arm and the wiper houseing also if you just replaced the rubber blade. If that doesn't help take it back to the glass shop, it may be a concaved spot in the glass.
