window motor?

window motor?

any ideas on what i should replace my motors with....?

Seriously I don't know of any "high-perf" window motors or anything other than the basic GM vs. aftermarket choice. You could convert to manual windows and never have the motors go again....but then you'd have manual windows.

if i only have to replace a motor every 10 years or so that's not to bad.....windows that have one touch access; is that the switch itself?

from my experience working at a *** auto factory building doors theres a black box we install for the window to go down on one touch. the ones we build that are shipped overseas have anti pinch so you cant choke or jamb your friends/kids arm in there.
my alarm has boxes installed to make the window go up with one touch of the lock button on the keyfob

oh and if you do figure you want one touch down youre going to need 3 position switches

Some are built into the switch, some are seperate modules. It depends on the manufacturer.
