Will LT1 poly motor mounts fit 3rd Gen?

I have a friend who has a 90-92 Camaro Z28 and he was looking for some motor mounts, and I just happen to have a set of poly ones that were for my 96 Z28. I want to know if these would fit on his 3rd gen?
Thx-Goose

i know when swapping the LT1 into a 3rd gen, the 3rd gens mounts can be used so i dont see why it cant go both ways. i would stick with the rubber mounts though, poly is GREAT but more road noise

no.

they cant be used.

when swapping a LT1 into a 3rdgen, you must use 3rdgen mounts on the LT1.

the casting on the block matches between SBC and LT1, so the mounts bolt on to each other, but the chassis diffs make it not work.

he cant use them. sorry.

You can use one side, drivers side I believe. The pass side one is different.

Are the LT1 mounts you have just the inserts?
Does one of them look like this,
