Wheres a good place to get a turbo 350/400

Looking to get a turbo 350/400 here soon, plan is to get the car running high 11s on slicks. So, I need a repetible place to get a good transmission that could take about 500hp or more and I was wondering if it would be better to go with a 350/400?

I'd like to get one that already has all the goodies in it so I wouldn't have to order all kinds of parts from here and there.

Well.. ya "could" try www.ranchochevy.com
They are more-or-less a junkyard, w/ just everything imagineable..
and they come rebuilt, and with a nice warranty that starts the minute you "put" it into your car.. not when it is shipped..
Give them a try.. might work!

Why not talk to www.rosslertrans.com and they can set up a tranny to do it for you. You will lose overdrive by going to the Turbo 350 or 400 and that would suck for street driving. If you are not going to drive it on the street, how about getting a junkyard one and have rossler rebuild it and modify it to shift the way you want? They did mine so it would shift hard all the time and it stood up to an LPE 383 in front of it for 3.5 years before something broke and I beat it at least 2 times a day whenever there is no snow.
