I want to burn my own chip . How do I start ?

 

First you need the chip burning software. You can purchase tuner cat @ tunercat.com (i think that is the address) or you can use winbin which is free, however, it is a bit more difficult to use so i've heard. Also, you need to be able to scan your car and get data readings to compare different chips. you burn a chip, make a few data runs, and read the results. Go to Thirdgen.org and read Traxions article on teh part throttle tuning. I'ts a sitcky post. Also, you can get free scan software from Craig moates website and directions to either make a cable to interface with yoru car or you can purcxhase one. The DIY Prom board will yeild everything i have spoke about. Good luck
