Allright cool, I was just gurious what it was, not looking for bragging rights or anything, although it could be somewhat rare. Is there any way to remove the wood dash thing? Is there the stock plastic underneath?

I am going to go ahead and say yes, it is an add on, I highly doubt anyone spent the money to install a "real" wood grain dash. The problem is this.......if the car is an 86 then that woodgrain has been on there 19+ years and prolly will look like crud underneath and require an all new dash after it is removed.........but ya never know till ya take that crud off.

I'm afraid that after fifteen years I've pretty much forgotten the details of that car though. I'm pretty sure it's a trim package. There was a performance suspension package for V6 cars about that time, I think it was F41 or something like that.

I bought one new in 1985. The zf was an appearance package and not related to z28. The sunroof was added after the zf people snd do was the grant steering wheel if it has one.
