What exactly has to be done to do a TH350 swap from 700-R4?
Im taking the Z off the road and making it pretty much a weekend warrior since I drive my truck everyday now. Im sick of my 700-R4 and Am just going to put a TH350 in it when I do the engine swap.
I heard the only thing thats different is the transmission mount. Is that true or are there other things that are different. Ie.. driveshaft. I just needed to know what exactly I have to do.

Yes with a short tail turbo 350 you'll need a longer driveshaft and with a long tailshaft you don't but you'll still need the B&M switch kit no matter which trans you use long or short tail so you'll be able to attach the torque arm to your trans. and the kit places the mount farther back so it will attach to your crossmember.I've done this particular swap 5 times and it's EASY.If ya have any questions just ask.
