what the common prob?
Re: what the common prob?
I'm the original owner of my '88 and the only problem i've had was with the MAF burnoff relay. Just recently I have discovered it may not have been bad relays, but bad contacts in the weatherpack plugs to the relays. Only sensor I've changed is the fan switch sensor ,and is because I went to a cooler one. Of course now that I've said this I'll probably have something go out.
Re: what the common prob?
Every car is a little differant, kinda' like snowflackes I don't think any one car has the same problems as the next, which is not to say you won't have a problem here or there. When you do have a problem do a searce over at TGO.com and most of the problems have been covered(with write-ups)and are ussually easy to fix. When I first got my car I was pretty scared to even look under the hood with all this fancy new faggled computer stuff, but with some reading and some basic testing stuff you'll learn it's not that hard at all.
