Want a new hood
I say go either SS or the BigBlock hood and cut out the front for functionality. Those were my top two choices back when I had the '88 anyway. Good luck findin one.

P.S. Can't go wrong with ram-air

don't like those turbo hoods cuz they change sizes and have sidevents... the sidevents make it look unfinished like my scoop and the change in size is just plain weird... I mean sure it opens up some space under the hood but why not just keep it wide to the back and front like mine... makes for a huge opening...
THen again from the poll 2 people don't seem to like my hoodscoop much... oh well... I like it..

To each their own I guess.
Actually I've seen pics of yours a few times before and I don't mind the SS hood so much. Really it's just the 4th gen T/A ramair hood that I think looks like a$$ on 3rd gens.
The Iroc turbo hood I saw on a canary yellow '89 once and I just about puked. I liked them until I saw one in person.
Chihuahua...you've got a good idea there and if you finish it off right I think it'll look real good.
thanks...Even being half finished it looked mean on the car... made the louvers look like nostrols...
and the thing better look good when I am done I have already put hours into it.. and if it does I am making a mould to protect my hours and maybe make some cash of anyone who wants one
