I'm very pleased with my B&M. Don't have numbers for you, but it was easy to install and seems to work nicely.

Bought mine at the local Checker...but yeah, summit/jegs/etc will have the same one. It was approximately $50. Well worth it in my opinion.

Unless you are getting really fancy, I would say the one from Jegs, Summit or even U-Haul will work.

a cooler with at least 16,000 gvw rating. Try to run the largest tranny cooler you can. For every 20* cooler you keep your transmission, you double its life. The hottest you want the trans fluid to get is 170* F. At this temp, the fluid can last 100,000 miles, any hotter and its life is significantly shorter.

what about over cooling. ive seen someone put a one way valve thermostat on it to keep the temp from dropping too low.

Where are you mounting it? It should sit in front of your condenser which is in front of your radiator. You really don't want to disrupt the airflow too much.
