i'm having MAJOR TRANNY problems.when i go full throttle and try to shift it does not shift it goes all the way to 6000 and holds and won't shift until i let off the throttle then i can get back on the gas after the car shifts.... what the heck i'm about to drop a T-5 in if i can't figure it out by saturday.

I think he is talking about a 700r4.

Sounds like the governer needs to be adjusted, if not that AND the TV cable.

If you can't figure it out, take it to a tranny shop and have them work on it, as long as it doesn't need to be rebuilt (which I doubt) then it would be cheaper than swapping in a T-5.
