Any good polyurethane mount will hold up better than the stock rubber. Spohn carries them, along with Jeg's, Summit, and probably your local speed shop.

What is an "energy tranny mount"? Where can you get them? My tranny mounts broke again and I just replaced it last winter. My engine is still stock 5.7L should I move up to a polyurethane? The stock mounts are inexpensive, but appearently you get what you pay for.

Energy Suspension from Jegs or Summit. FWIW, you will notice more harshness now that it is a poly mount.

I think energy tranny mounts are made of polyurethane but I'm not sure
They're comparable to most solid metal mounts though

rubber ----> Poly ----> Metal

Gets harder as you go along. The harder it is, the less likely is it to break but the more vibrations it transmits thru. Whether you can live with it is another story. I can live with the poly although I wouldn't want metal. Of course, if there was a 100K purse, I'd go metal.

I think mine is the typical Energy Suspension tranny mount. Maybe $35? Works good so far. The stock rubber piece ripped itself apart 2 days after I got the car hehe

Got Jegs . In that link, scroll down to the 355-3-1108 part. The G is for Black and the R is for red.
