i need to get a set of bolts for my runners and plenum. any suggestions?

They are 8mm bolts so you can find some that work at your local Lowes. Or you can by a whole set from Jim Performance (http://www.jimsperformance.com/carty2.html) for $20. I've ordered parts from them before, no complaints.

 

my question is aren't they different lengths though, how do you know what is right if you went to a hardware store?

i have the lower base bolts, just not sure about the runners and plenum. so a kit is the best bet then?

 

There are 6 long bolts (~2.5" to 3") used on the lower part of the runners. The rest of the runner bolts are the same length (~1" to 1.5"). Buy one of each length and test fit them. Or buy the kit from Jim Performance that includes the runner and throttle body bolts. SLP also has a kit with just the runner bolts.
