Question Timing on Heavily Modded 85 Camaro

what should your timing be when you are shooting NOS into a 85 454 ci. engine with dual hally carbs and a 7200 blower?

What's a "hally carbs" and what's a "7200 blower"?

It all depends on how much timing the engine likes with a blower and how much NOS you intend on using. A typical 100-150 shot doesn't need any timing retard. Any more NOS and you need to get a timing control box so the timing is backed off when the NOS is used.
