Taking Out Shift Kit

How Much Do shop usually charge to take out a shift kit? I dont like how its been acting as of late and i would wanna install another one, better brand in the near future.

Make sure you get the 1-2 accumulator... I've got a badass shift kit right now, but no accumulator. And just coasting through my neighborhood...if I upshift into second at 10 MPH it'll chirp the tires.

Good luck. Shouldn't cost all that much either.

Just go and buy either the corvette or billet servo and the .500 boost valve for you trans. you will get some nice shifts then

Trans-Go Stage II. Was included with a "transmission performance kit" the previous owner bought and installed.

I agree with Z28James...get the vette servo and all the shnazziness. As long as you're going to pull the tranny, you may as well go all out and get her built up nice.

No matter how fast you actually are, chirping tires when you shift gears will give you big appearance points. Looks fast. You know?
