I have had a code 24 ses since I finished my T56 swap last year. I have not had the time to get the mechanical to electrical speedometer signal converter, so my speedo does not work right now. Since code 24 is the vehicle speed sensor, is my unhooked speedo causing this. My guess is that when I get the converter and connect my speedo, it will fix it..........right??

 

Is that the only code you're getting?? Are ALL guages disconnected?? I'd say best way to find out whats wrong is to reconnect the guages and still see if you're getting the code 24
