i just bought this 89 iroc two weeks ago. it is 5.7l tpi. i noticed when i got it that it would hesitate when i floored it. well the other day i stopped to get gas, and it wouldnt start. turns out the engine was flooded. i finally got it started and limped it back home. it spewed black smoke and shook really bad at low speeds. i never got it started again. i replaced the egr valve, fuel pressure regulator, and the computer. it reeks of gas when i try to start it. i am new at this fuel injection stuff, so any help would be appreciated.
