Spoiler mounted brake light

Does anyone know what they use to light it? I did not think it was simple 194 style bulbs. If youknow, please let me know! Thanks

Take a sample bulb from the assembly and go to Radio Shack and ask for one like it (2-wire prong 20amp halogen) they cost about $1.99 +tx. The dealer rips you off at $15 a pop for the same one.

Autozone had them - not easy to find and I dont remember the # off hand - but they were about $5 each.

All the bulbs were missing when I removed the assembly.... But I will hit up radio shack. Thanks guys

I dont think Radio Shack had them - That is why I mentioned to look in AutoZone.

Yep, Radio Shack has them---12V, 20 A bulbs. The guy at the counter had no idea what I was looking for so I found them myself. Less than $2 each, and a LOT brighter than the stockers, they're only 8A bulbs.
